Jose was very helpful and professional when he came to my home with samples of laminate. The prices were better than Lowe’s. Within a few days of placing the order, two outstanding installers arrived with the materials. Certainly, they went above and beyond to accomplish the task because my street was being paved that day. Kenny was the first one I talked to about getting my whole house done , he was very personable and gracious put together a deal for us that I couldn't refuse. I wanted good quality and good service and we got both.! I know because I shopped around 10 other carpet places .Our home looks soo sooo much better now ,I love it! We had decided to partially do our floors but once we talked to Gonzalo the possibility of redoing all the floors in the entire house what a great decision we made. They are professional they are fast but accurate, and our house looks beautiful. My husband and I joke that it looks like we have an entirely new house. They replaced all the flooring in the house as well as the baseboards and we couldn't be happier. We highly recommend City Floors
Had new flooring installed in in-law suite. Had problems with initial installation. Julian at the Lake Nona store stepped up to the plate and had a new floor installed in a timely and professional manner. No fuss, just did the right thing which exemplified great customer service. I will have any future flooring work done by them.
Kenny did a great job! He was courteous of my time during the quote appointment. He offered different options to meet my price point and budget. We picked beautiful laminate flooring and carpet for the stairs. The installers were on time, careful to keep the areas clean and worked very hard to finish the job. This is our 2nd time using Flooring USA at the 12919 E Colonial store.. Our experience was amazing from Kenny at the store to Mario the installation supervisor to Wallace and Vinicus the installers.😊 Kenny in particular was fantastic. We have a few problem areas with some old flooring and he is try to find some of the, no longer manufactured , flooring so we can match what is there.
It was a pleasure working with the entire staff at All Flooring USA. Kenny was very clear about the selection of flooring that was selected. Luis suggested styles that would best fit matching two floors together. On installation day Installer, Wilmer and Supervisor, Mario introduced themselves and walked through the area to be covered.
