Really liked the carpet that we selected from capital carpet and Boynton Beach.. It was mohawk textured and I loved it loved it except there was a seam showing Right when you walk in the door. Nick Deloreto Contacted me in regards to in regards to finding a resolution. He was so professional and efficient and maintained constant contact with me regarding what was transpiring. Rolan was our salesman. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The most important was the customer service while picking out our flooring and after the sale. Everyone was willing to help whenever I had a question about my order, what a team! The installation was completed before the date promised and the installers were just as professional. What a pleasure it was dealing with such professionals.
Rolan was exceptionally helpful and accommodating with our selection of new carpets and flooring. Aside from the guy with an attitude that stank of cigarettes who came to take measurements, the installation went smoothly and looks great!
We have purchased from Capitol Carpet before & always satisfied. Our recent purchase was for waterproof flooring in three rooms. Waldo Vincenty was very helpful to us in choosing the flooring. The installation went well & we once again are very pleased. We've also had Rich Luppowitz's help in previous purchases of carpeting & Mirjana Matesic for window shutters & satisfied. Capitol Carpet & Tile saved me today. We had a flood in my home and the company that was doing the restoration made matters worse for us. They installed a floor that was off gassing and causing not only myself and husband to be ill but our two goldens retrievers as well. Capitol Carpet ordered our new floor and removed the toxic flooring that was previously installed. Their team from Sales, to demolition to installers has been excellent. I will always recommend them. We recently had Capital install verticals on our four sliding doors and shutters on the windows on three bedrooms, Our 30 year old home now feels fresh, bright and warm. The shutters actual make our windows appear larger due to the frames around the windows. We are VERY HAPPY with the results.
