We recently had new carpet installed in our living room, dining room, hall, and two bedrooms. We absolutely love the carpet and the nice job of installation. John worked with us and worked out the installation schedule that worked best for us. Would highly recommend this business. Roger & Kathy S.

A great experience working with John. I had previously dealt with the carpet department at Lowe's and never wanted to use them again. I went to Carpet Mart for customer service and quality products for a new build and was not disappointed! The installers of both vinyl flooring and carpet were also great. John even called after the job was done to verify that I was happy with the end result. You will never get that at a big box store!

Recently, our basement flooded , our carpet was ruined. I contacted Carpet Mart and they were very informative about what it would take to clean up the mess and an estimate on the cost of replacing it with commercial-grade carpeting. The staff was friendly and ever so helpful. We were able to select a new style of carpet within a few days and get it installed within a 6 - 8 week period.
