Jerry and Lauren did a great job helping us in the store pick out what we would need for our flooring job. Jerry also did a great job measuring and answering our questions when he came out to check the job at our home. They were very professional and also following up after the job. Mike, the young man who laid the floor, did an awesome job. He was on a good size job and worked by himself. He was very polite . A good worker and nice young man. Thanks to all. God Bless.

The flooring we purchased needed to match what had been previously installed in the hallway outside the bedroom. It came from a different manufacturer but is a perfect match. The two men installing the new floor moved some large furniture from the room and removed the old carpet, pad and cleaned the underlaying floor. Promptly started laying down the new wood flooring. Flooring and Beyond now feels like family - as we spent A LOT of time with them. We had an issue with trim pieces for our flooring selection and it took months to rectify. Not the fault of Flooring and Beyond, but a manufacturer that did not have a matching trim piece for stairs. F&B was willing to redo our stairs with something else when we lost hope of getting a resolution. I learned about Flooring N Beyond from a TV commercial and am beyond pleased that i decided to pay them a visit. I’ve since had flooring and tile work done on three separate occasions. Everything from planning to installation went smoothly. Brittany and Jerry’s product knowledge and design insight made the planning process easy. The teamwork of the installers and their attention to detail is impressive. The finished products have definitely added value and beauty to my home. I highly recommend this company.
Five stars from the initial and ongoing consultation with Jerry throughout installation with James and Kevin and through completion! FnB installed both carpet and engineered flooring in our home. They did a great job and both look great. We shopped around a good bit and clearly got the best deal and service from FnB. Brittany helped us with our selection and Jerry/Jason were great to work with. The installers (Chad and Taylor) did a superb job and their attention to detail was obvious. Overall, great choice.
