Wonderful place to shop for rugs. Not just a super knowledgeable salesman, but a friendly one as well. You won't get this kind of attention at one of the big box stores, don't waste your time going there, just go here and leave completely satisfied.
This was my first time working with Red Baron and have to say that I was extremely happy with the service. When choosing my carpet they were helpful, and knowledgeable, but also allowed me the time to browse. I was able to bring home samples, enabling me to see the colors in my room in different lighting throughout the day. The installation went quickly, they were polite, neat, and did a fantastic job! I am very happy with my new carpet!
Bruce does not stand by his products. I do not recommend them. They installed a floor which discolored after a year. They highly recommended this floor but it was the worst. They sell it but do not stand by their products. I highly recommend you do not use them.
We have had carpet and hardwoods installed in our home by Red Baron. Installation and service was excellent! Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend!!
This was the second time I used Red Baron Carpet because of my first positive experience a year ago. This timeI I had my carpets cleaned and had new carpet installed. Could not have been happier with the results! Installer was very experienced and meticulous. Highly recommend!

Pete was really helpful when I went in to shop for a runner for my stairs. Mike did a great job on the installation. I’m very happy with the end result.

I highly recommend Red Baron for carpet cleaning for 2 reasons. First, their work is excellent. We have used them twice and both times the results were excellent. Second, they are incredibly honorable. The second time we used them was due to a leak and our carpet was soaked. When I called they said I might have a mold problem and if so it could cost as much as $1500. So I was prepared for the worst.
